How it works
From the phone call to the stay
- Ordering. You call or write, and we settle which kind of voucher it is: open-value or package.
- The voucher. We prepare the document in the recipient's name, with a number and a validity date, and hand it over in whatever form you have agreed.
- Booking the dates. The recipient contacts us, quotes the voucher number and picks a date from those still free.
- The stay. Breakfast included, the riverside garden at your disposal, the hot tub for a surcharge.

When a package works best
A package makes sense when the present should be specific and immediately clear: two nights, the hot tub, breakfasts — you know what it is and what it costs. It is easier to hand over and easier to describe. With packages we settle the details before issuing the voucher, so that the contents match what the recipient actually enjoys.
How it works in practice
We issue the voucher in the recipient's name and send it in a form you can print, so it can be ordered even the day before Christmas. Redeeming it starts with an ordinary booking — just quote the voucher number when you get in touch. The validity period and the rules on transferring it are agreed when you order, because with last-minute presents those often matter more than the amount.
A present in Podhale rather than a thing
A stay as a present has one advantage over an object: what is left afterwards is a memory rather than another thing to find room for. In Witów there is also the country around it, which needs no advance planning — the Chochołowska Valley begins a few minutes away, the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths are a short drive off, and Zakopane is close enough to drop into and far enough not to live in the noise of it.

Breakfast is included in the price of every stay, including stays paid for with a voucher. The garden hot tub is charged separately (300 zł). We agree the bathing time on the spot, because water heated by fire needs time.
