What data we collect
- Booking data: name, e-mail address, phone number, dates of stay, number of people and any particular needs mentioned, such as a diet or staying with a pet.
- Registration data required at check-in.
- Billing data needed to issue a receipt or an invoice.
- For gift vouchers: the recipient's details, as given by the buyer.
- Technical data recorded when you visit the site: IP address, time of request and browser type.

Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to make a booking and carry out the stay.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence that did not lead to a booking: at most one year from the last contact.
- Data relating to a completed stay: five years from the end of the tax year, under accounting and tax legislation.
- Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest: until an effective objection is raised or the limitation period for claims expires.
Who we share data with
- The operator of the Hotres booking system, for handling bookings.
- Our e-mail provider and the site's hosting provider.
- The accountancy firm handling the property's books.
- Public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Rights of data subjects
- Access to your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure of data, unless obligations under the law prevent it.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability of data processed on the basis of a contract.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
